Cupping Massage Course (CMA, IGCT & IICT Accredited)

This Cupping course is open to any individuals who have prior training in Body Massage or higher.

It is open to practising massage therapists as well as Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Sports Science practitioners.

About this Cupping Course ...

This course in Cupping will focus on providing the theory as well as practical application of cupping techniques over a 1 day workshop.  It will focus on the clinical use of silicone suction cups for incorporating in a massage routine as well as therapeutic use in disciplines such as Sports Massage.

What will I Learn on this Cupping Course ...

This Cupping course will systematically guide the practitioner through the theory of various types of cupping (dry, wet and fire cupping) and clinical practice in the application of silicone suction cups.  It will allow the smooth and effective integration of these techniques into their own daily practice.

Learn the Theory and Clinical Application of:

  • Understand the benefits of Cupping (Dry “Bloodless” Cupping
  • Appreciate the different methods of Cupping
  • Appreciate the benefits of Cupping
  • How to carry out a Cupping Massage sequence – using manual suction methods
  • Be able to integrate Cupping Massage / Techniques in your own clinic

Cupping Course Prerequisites ...

Students must hold an Ofqual accredited Level 3 Diploma in Massage including Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology - or equivalent, or higher.

Without an accredited Diploma, you may be able to attend this course or be able to join the CMA, IICT, or other professional body.

When submitting your Student Details form, you must also supply us with copies of your existing accredited qualifications to receive the course certificate. Supplying this information too late may result in your certificate being printed without the FHT and IICT logos. Additional charges may be incurred to print the correct certificate.

This Cupping course is taught as a fast track and intensive program.

It is covered over a total period of: 1 day.
